Caer Astra Development Briefing
Every two weeks, CIG updates the Star Citizen Roadmap alongside a short explanation outlining why changes were made. This ongoing cadence is part of their effort to keep development communication clearer, more transparent, and more grounded in real progress.
A quick reminder for newer readers: the 1.0 column represents features planned for Star Citizen 1.0 or earlier. As systems and content near completion, they migrate into specific point releases—meaning you won’t necessarily have to wait for 1.0 to experience them.
With that in mind, here’s what changed in this week’s Roadmap Roundup.

What This Means

The continued focus on Pyro systems and abandoned facilities also reinforces the game’s darker, more dangerous frontier identity.
Fly smart, watch your six, and we’ll see you in the next jump.
